I help people who are good at what they do but stuck – wrong role, undervalued, underpaid, unclear on what's next. My job is to ask the hard questions, hold up the mirror and keep you accountable until you've built something you're proud of.
I don't do motivational fluff. I will not solve your situation for you. I help you figure out what you actually want, then help you make it happen.
My Approach
Clarity over comfort
Most people have never shared their story and dreams with anyone. They need to see their situation clearly. I ask questions that cut through the noise and force you to confront what you actually want, not what you think you should want.
Accountability over inspiration
Insight without action is just entertainment. Every session ends with concrete next steps. Between sessions, I check in. When you're stuck, we figure out why. I'm not here to make you feel good in the moment – I'm here to help you make progress.
Your goals, your path
I don't have a formula for success. What I have is a process for helping you define what success means to you, then systematically removing the obstacles in your way – internal and external.
Background
I've spent the last 5 years coaching professionals around the globe – engineers, consultants, entrepreneurs, ambitious people who are afraid to make the step alone. Before that, I spent over a decade in corporate and business development, strategy and building programs.
I know what it feels like to be underpaid. To be in the wrong role. To know you're capable of more but not know how to get there. I've made the pivots, negotiated the raises and built the career I wanted. Now I help others do the same.
I'm based in Zürich, working with clients locally in person and globally via video call.
