12 sessions over 6 to 12 months. The pace adjusts to your situation. Some months we meet weekly. Others we let the work breathe. Every session builds on the last.

We start here because everything else depends on it. How you see yourself determines how others see you. We challenge the assumptions that keep you stuck and replace them with something grounded and real.
Career positioning and personal brand
What you're known for, what you should be known for, and the gap between the two. We build a clear, honest positioning that reflects where you're going, not just where you've been.
Interview and negotiation preparation
When the right opportunity comes, you'll be ready. We prepare for interviews, practice negotiation and make sure you don't leave money or leverage on the table.
Complete career repositioning strategy
The long game. We define where you want to be in 2, 5 and 10 years and work backwards from there. Every decision, every move, tied to a clear direction.
Direct support between sessions
You don't have to wait until the next session to get help. When something comes up, you reach out. I respond. That's how a real partnership works.
Accountability across months, not weeks
Real change is not linear. There will be momentum and there will be resistance. I stay with you through both. That's the difference between coaching and a conversation.
Why application-only
Twelve sessions is serious. For you and for me. I take on very few Catalyst clients because each one demands real investment of my time, attention and reputation. I need to know this will work — that you're ready, that the fit is right, and that we're building toward something I can stand behind.
The Discovery Call is where we figure that out together — accessed after you complete The First Step. If the Catalyst isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what is.
