Getting Started
How do I start working with you?
There are multiple entry points. Pick whatever fits:
- The First Step — A free guided introspection (about 15 minutes) that helps you clarify your situation and goals. The primary starting point.
- Career Clarity Workshop — A free monthly group working session where you experience the coaching framework firsthand. Works best if you've already completed The First Step.
- Referral — Someone who knows your situation points you here.
The flow: complete The First Step → receive personal written feedback + a link to book a Discovery Call → free Discovery Call (20 min, video, mutual fit check) → optional Kick-Off Session (CHF 90, 45 min, 1:1, credited towards the Accelerator) → Career Accelerator or another program.
Which option should I choose?
Depends on where you are right now:
- Curious about the approach → The First Step → Career Clarity Workshop (free, monthly)
- Want to explore your situation on your own first → The First Step (free, 15 min)
- Ready for help, want to start small → The First Step → Discovery Call → Kick-Off Session (CHF 90)
- Need help with one specific decision now → Decision Time (CHF 590, book directly)
- Ready for sustained transformation → The First Step → Discovery Call → Career Accelerator
- Want deep, long-term repositioning → The First Step → Discovery Call → Career Catalyst (application only)
I'm not sure I need coaching.
Most people who end up in coaching didn't start with certainty. They started with a question. Something feels off, a decision is looming, or they've been going back and forth in their own head for months.
You don't need to be sure. You just need to be curious enough to explore. The Career Clarity Workshop and The First Step are both free and zero-commitment. Try either one and see if the approach resonates. No pressure to continue.
Career Clarity Workshop
What happens in the Career Clarity Workshop?
It runs monthly, 90 minutes, 10 seats, small group, online. This is not a webinar or a lecture. It's a working session. You walk through the coaching framework together, ask questions and hear perspectives from other people in similar situations.
By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether deeper coaching resonates with you and how it would work. Full details and upcoming dates here.
Is it really free? Will you try to sell something?
Yes, it's genuinely free. At the end, I explain the next steps for people who want deeper support. That's it. You decide whether that's relevant for you. No hard selling, no follow-up pressure, no "limited-time offer." If the workshop gives you what you need, that's a good outcome.
Discovery Call
What happens in a Discovery Call?
Free, 20 minutes, video. It's a mutual fit check — not a coaching session. We briefly discuss where you are, what you're looking for and whether my approach could realistically help.
If there's a fit, we discuss next steps. If not, no hard feelings. Sometimes I'm not the right person, and I'll tell you that directly.
To book a Discovery Call, complete The First Step first. I review your answers and send personalized feedback within 2 days — including a link to book a Discovery Call if there's potential fit.
Do I need to prepare?
No formal preparation needed. It helps if you've thought about what's driving you to consider coaching — but you don't need a polished summary. Come as you are.
Kick-Off Session
What is the Kick-Off Session?
CHF 90, 45 minutes, 1:1, video. A focused working session where we define your starting point, clarify your goals and decide together whether the Career Accelerator makes sense for you.
This is not a sales pitch. It's a real session. You leave with value regardless of what you decide next. The CHF 90 is credited towards the Accelerator if you continue.
What if I don't want to continue after the Kick-Off?
That's fine. You keep everything from the session — the clarity, the goals, the starting point assessment. No obligation to continue. The Kick-Off exists so you can make an informed decision, not a pressured one.

What is the Career Catalyst?
Deep transformation over 6–12 months. 12 sessions. Application only — this is for people ready to fundamentally reposition their career. CHF 290 per session (CHF 3'480 total).

- Career direction and positioning
- Salary negotiations
- Interview preparation
- Career pivots

- Developing a startup idea
- Long-term career strategy
Is this therapy?
No. I'm a coach and sparring partner, not a therapist. Coaching focuses on goals, decisions and forward movement. If you need therapeutic support, I'll tell you honestly.
What happens between sessions?
You get homework — concrete actions tied to what we discussed. I check in between sessions. If you're stuck or need a quick input, you can reach me directly.
The work happens between sessions, not just during them.
Common Concerns
"I can't afford coaching."
Coaching is an investment — and I understand it's a significant one. But consider: what is staying where you are costing you? In salary you're not earning, in time spent in the wrong role, in confidence you're losing each month?
The Kick-Off Session is CHF 90 — less than most people spend on a dinner out. Start there and decide if the return justifies going further.
"I should be able to figure this out myself."
Maybe. But smart, capable people are often the worst at seeing their own blind spots. You can see everyone else's situation clearly — but your own? That's where having someone with no agenda, no emotional investment in your status quo, becomes a genuine advantage.
Coaching isn't a sign of weakness. It's leverage.
"I don't know what I want yet."
Good. That's exactly the starting point. Clarity isn't a prerequisite for coaching — it's the outcome. Most people who come to me don't know what they want. They know something isn't right. That's enough to start.
"What if it doesn't work?"
Coaching requires your active participation. I can ask the right questions, challenge your thinking and hold you accountable — but I can't do the work for you.
If you show up, do the homework and engage honestly, you will make progress. 100% of my clients have been satisfied. That's not luck — it's because coaching works when both sides commit.
"I've had a bad coaching experience before."
I hear this more often than you'd think. Not all coaching is the same. Some is too soft, too theoretical or too focused on making you feel good rather than making you move.
My approach is direct, structured and outcome-focused. The Discovery Call exists specifically so you can assess fit before committing anything.
"My situation is too complicated / too unique."
It might feel that way — and in the details, every situation is different. But the patterns underneath are remarkably consistent. Career transitions, negotiation dynamics, self-doubt, decision paralysis — I've worked with these hundreds of times.
The approach is always individual, but I'm rarely starting from scratch.
"I don't have time for coaching."
It's one 60-minute session every 2–3 weeks. The real question isn't whether you have time — it's whether you're willing to prioritize yourself.
Most people who say they don't have time are spending hours each week in a role that drains them. Coaching is how you stop doing that.
"Is this only for people in Switzerland?"
No. I'm based in Zurich, but I work with clients globally. All sessions are available via video call. Time zones have never been a problem.
Practical
What languages do you coach in?
English and German.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions happen via video call (Teams or Zoom). In-person sessions can be arranged in Zurich on request.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling is always possible with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies depend on the service and are explained during booking.
What tools do I need?
A computer or phone with a camera and a stable internet connection. That's it.
